Hannah March is a 23 year old camera trainee, and aspiring cinematographer from Milton Keynes, England who is part of the Screenskills Film Trainee Finder 2024-2025 as a Camera Trainee. After finding a passion for photography and film at a young age, she began writing and creating short projects with her friends while at school. From here, she found a particular interest in cameras, prompting her to study Media Studies at A Level, where she went on to make her first music video. Hannah graduated in 2022 from the University of Lincoln with an Upper Second Class Honours degree in Film Production. During this time, she took on a variety of roles in student projects, specialising in cinematography, further developing her skills and allowed her to begin to find her own style. She utilised these skills when creating two short films as part of her studies. In 2021 and 2022 Hannah worked freelance for a music video production company as a runner and filming behind the scenes footage. The start of 2023 saw her work as cinematographer on a short film being shot in her home city, which is set for release in 2024. Hannah has completed the 16mm/35mm loading course at the prestigious NFTS.
